About

Drawn to recruitment, business and talent development alike, he has spent more than nine years at the heart of the IT services and tech ecosystem.

Along the way he has built deep expertise in hiring for scarce, hard-to-fill IT profiles — software engineering, data and tech more broadly — while also working on talent acquisition and resource management challenges.

His dual grounding in business and human resources, built at Euridis Business School and Toulouse Business School, lets him read both a company's operational stakes and what candidates are genuinely looking for.

Trained in web development at Le Wagon and currently completing an ICF coaching certification, he brings to the work a real grasp of technical environments and close attention to the human side.

Now independent, he works with IT services firms, startups and scale-ups on recruitment and talent acquisition — pragmatically, demandingly, case by case, with a single aim: creating relevant, lasting matches between companies and the people they need in order to grow.

Assessing skills in real situations

Drawing on proven teaching approaches such as Le Wagon's, his method rests on a simple principle: skills reveal themselves in the doing.

Rather than testing theoretical knowledge, he places candidates in concrete situations close to their day-to-day work. They have to explore the problem, form hypotheses, ask for the right information and build their answer step by step. The point is not to land on the right answer, but to show how someone thinks, decides and adapts. A single situation can therefore surface very different levels of mastery, from solving it outright to weighing up genuinely complex trade-offs.
