For candidates — one-to-one support
One-to-one support on how you position yourself, on going freelance, or on preparing for a hiring process. To go further, use my tools: a salary / day-rate simulator matched to your situation, a review of your CV against a specific job ad, and interview preparation built on real-world scenarios.
- A single session, or a pack of three to five
- Market positioning: where you sit and how to argue it, backed by an up-to-date read of the IT market (day rates, companies worth targeting, and more)
- Preparation for technical and scoping interviews, with access to the assessment tools for the duration of your coaching
- Support on the move from employee to freelance, with access to the tools that work out your day rate by legal status (umbrella company, micro-entreprise, EURL, SASU)
